Dual IMSI is a complete solution including a
SIM-based application, which manages two IMSIs for the subscriber and an
off-the-shelf OTA service for the deployment and configuration of the applet.
The home IMSI is used in the subscriber’s home country, and when roaming to any
country where the operator has a bilateral agreement in place.
The international IMSI is used when abroad for connection to a roaming hub.
Switching between the two is handled automatically by the application, depending
on location.
